Barbadinhos 178, is a building from the beginning of the 20th century, now totally rehabilitated and divided into 3 apartments with river views. The apartments range from a 2 room to a 3 room duplex, with approximate gross areas between 70 and 130m2.
We rehabilitated Barbadinhos 178 with the intention to preserve all its relevant architectural features, namely the facade, the pediment, the staircase and the skylight with its typical elements.
With more than 270 years of history, the "Calçada dos Barbadinhos" has its origin in the Italian friars "Barbadinhos", who came to settle in 1738 in a land donated by King D. João V, giving origin to the nineteenth century houses that mark this area of Lisbon.

Within a few minutes walk you will find the hotspot of Largo da Graça, the viewpoints overlooking the Castle of São Jorge and Tagus River, and the typical houses that surround the castle hill.
Graça is one of the oldest districts of Lisbon, located on the top of its highest hill, northeast of the Castle of São Jorge, passing the Monastery of São Vicente de Fora. With a diverse population in a rich historical district, here residents born in Graça mingle with new residents who seek the traditional architecture of this old part of Lisbon. You will surely be conquered by this neighborhood, its location, history and soul.
The neighborhood, which revolves around Largo da Graça (Lisbon's most iconic streetcar, the 28 has its final station here), benefits from some of the most spectacular views of Lisbon and is a charming place whose narrow streets are full of pastries, restaurants and traditional commerce.
