Barbadinhos 178, is a building from the beginning of the 20th century, now totally rehabilitated and divided into 3 apartments with river views. The apartments range from a 2 room to a 3 room duplex, with approximate gross areas between 70 and 130m2.
We rehabilitated Barbadinhos 178 with the intention to preserve all its relevant architectural features, namely the facade, the pediment, the staircase and the skylight with its typical elements.
With more than 270 years of history, the "Calçada dos Barbadinhos" has its origin in the Italian friars "Barbadinhos", who came to settle in 1738 in a land donated by King D. João V, giving origin to the nineteenth century houses that mark this area of Lisbon.
